Cool and refreshing salsa that's great served with tortilla chips, veggie dippers, wrapped in tortillas or served on top of grilled chicken, steak or pork chops. Gluten free and vegan. This mango salsa ofer great sensation which is the best option to through the summer by healthy living!

Ingredients :
- 3 champagne mangos peeled and diced
- 1 large cucumber peeled
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, and finely diced
- juice of one lime
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
How To Make :
- Peel and dice mangos and cucumber; add to a small mixing bowl.
- Add finely diced red onion and seeded, finely diced, jalapeno pepper.
- Add cilantro and lime juice.
- Stir and refrigerate before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, veggie dippers, or wrapped in tortillas.
- You can also serve over grilled chicken, steak or pork chops.
- Yield: about 3-4 cups salsa.
