Recipe : Famous Plecingan Kangkung ( Kale Plecingan)

  Plecingan Kangkung or kale plecingan is the one of savory dish came from Lombok. This very simple to made and very delicious to taste! A must try foodd at lombok and now you can made your own kale plecingan.

Main Ingredients :
- 2 bunch of kale
 - 8 red chillies ( roasted)
 - 6 bird eye chillies ( roasted)
 - 7 garlic cloves ( roasted)
 - 8 shallots ( roasted)
 - 3 cm kaempferia galanga ( roasted)
 - 1 shrimp paste ( roasted)
 - 1 tbsp pepper
 - 1 tomato
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 2 purut lime
 
How To Make :
- Clean the kale and cut it to thinly sizes.
 - Grind all spices except the purut lime in a food processor or by mortar and pestle.
 - Prepare hot water, put the kale inside for 2 - 3 minutes. Drain and remove.
 - Prepare a plate, put the kale then Pour the spices paste on the top of kale. You can also add fried shallots and fried peanut.
 - Your Plecingan Kangkung ready to serve!
